What You’ll Do
Perform residential and move‑out cleanings
Handle short‑term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
Dust, detail, and maintain high cleaning standards
Follow SD Sparkle checklists and systemsWork independently or with a small team
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual (very important to us)
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to clean for extended periods
Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and checklists
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
