Job info
A Line/Prep Cook is responsible for tasks that include preparing food items for daily use. This position requires a sense of urgency and adaptability. S/he represents the Company by providing service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a positive environment.

Here are a few examples of what it takes to be successful in the "Line/Prep Cook" position with Gator's Dockside Restaurants

Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to “a great dining experience from beginning to end” for our guests

Work directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner

Ensure menu knowledge to address any server or bartender questions about the menu; including food allergy issues

Follows recipes; Upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
