Responsibilities
The GM Assistant Supervisor, for the DMV Market, manages day to day sales administrative accountabilities to dedicated areas of expertise and provide leadership to Market Administrative Team. This role reports directly to the Sr. Market Director.

Supports Market Staff & Administrative Team driving business results and Control & Compliance standards including direction to staff supporting Market Director

Monitors, analyzes and communicates business performance results against planned Market targets

Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues

Deliver timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to Market Staff

Provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategies and initiatives- ensure participation and compliance with initiatives

Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules and backfill coverage

Establish measurable PDR Objectives and Developmental Actions for Administrative Team

Provides training and develops capability of Administrative Team

Processing and approving payroll for Administrative Team

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.

Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.

Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.

Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.

Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury.

Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.

Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.

Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.

Qualifications

Previous Admin Support experience in CPG Companies

Previous Leadership experience managing direct reports (required)

Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (required)

Experience in leading project rollouts

Ability to prioritize work and multi-task – Strong sense of urgency & Attention to Detail

Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills —Sensitivity with handling confidential information

Experience in facilitating training programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Payroll & Purchasing is a plus

Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice Highly Analytical & Attention to Detail

Translates strategies into plans that can be effectively executed by Market Administrative Team

Execute local and national initiatives

Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis

This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Travel may vary between 20% to 40%
