We are seeking a
Floor Technician
to join our team! You will be responsible for performing floor care and maintenance/upkeep work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors.
Responsibilities
Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
Safe operation and maintenance of a company vehicle.
Qualifications
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, custodial, or other related fields.
1 year of Floor Technician experience.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
