I’m looking for a reliable local person to help keep an eye on my house near Sparta / Center Hill Lake.
This is not a full property manager role. I mainly need someone for routine inspections / home watch visits when I can’t make the drive.
What I need
Visit the property 1–4 times per month as needed.
Check for:
Leaks or water issues
HVAC problems
Electrical issues / breakers
Pest activity
Storm damage
Deck / exterior concerns
Doors, locks, windows
General condition of the house
Send me photos and a short update after each visit. Let me know quickly if something looks wrong. Occasionally meet a vendor or contractor if needed. Optional: light reset help, trash bin check, or basic housekeeping touch-ups.
Ideal person
Lives reasonably close to Sparta / Center Hill Lake
Reliable and responsive by text
Detail-oriented
Comfortable taking photos/videos
Can notice issues before they become expensive problems
Has dependable transportation
Pay
Per visit or monthly retainer
Open to discussing a fair rate based on experience and availability
