Full Time Bilingual Customer Support Specialists
Location: In-Office, McAllen, TX

What is a Customer Support Specialist? Our technology allows us to be a virtual extension of our client's teams and to make a direct impact on their everyday operations. If you're a strong typist who loves customer service and talking to people, this is the position for you! Every interaction is an opportunity to help a customer feel valued, respected, and taken care of. We're looking for people who are detail oriented, motivated, and compassionate to fill these important positions.

Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage a high volume of incoming calls with a consistently polite and pleasant demeanor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately gathering and relaying essential information, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise. You will be expected to meticulously enter data into our systems, providing our clients with peace of mind that their needs are being effectively documented and communicated to the right teams.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone

Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar

Computer skills in a Windows based environment

Good attendance

The ability to type 35 words per minute or more

Fluent in Spanish and English

Compensation
$18.50 / Hour with Perfect Attendance. Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $16 / Hour.

Shifts Offered

Full Time - 40 hours per week

2nd Shift: 2pm-11pm

Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)

Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
