Geoff Penske GMC is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our award-winning service department team to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of technicians through scheduling and assigning work
Provide quality, friendly, professional customer service
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards
Qualifications
Strong listening skills
Service advisor experience preferred
GM experience preferred
Automotive Technical/Trade school degree
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
High school diploma or equivalent
Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
