Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay $24.00 per hour

Additional Pay: $0.75 per hour when working this shift

Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday 6am – 6pm, Wednesday – 6am – 12pm

Role Overview
The Inventory Clerk I is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies, and assisting the Inventory Supervisor in any inventory related functions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred

One year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferredOne year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred

May be required to be equipment certified depending on location

Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast paced environment

Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices

Responsibilities

Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.

Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.

Participate in physical inventories as necessary.

Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.

Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.

Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.

Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.

Perform other duties as assigned.
