An ideal project manager candidate combines strong leadership and communication skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders toward shared goals. They bring expertise in planning, organization, and risk management, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget. Equally important, they demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to drive innovation while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Utilize and maintain PMO/IS project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence) to manage projects through their full lifecycle.* Partners with cross-functional teams, business units, and vendors to deliver insurance programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.* Develop and refine project management templates, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency.* Lead project meetings, set goals and milestones, track progress, and resolve blockers to keep initiatives on track.* Monitor and report project performance, ensuring objectives, success metrics, and compliance requirements are met.* Analyze and improve development, testing, and release processes to drive continuous improvement.* Act as relationship manager with IS/IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to align priorities and achieve project objectives.* Other duties as assignedCERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATION

Preferred- Certificate of Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Lean / Six Sigma Certifications PreferredEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
Project Management experience and/or training, minimum 2-3 years
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
