Mobile HVAC Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Washington Township, Ohio
Contract:
Contract to hire - After 3 months
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Vehicle:
Provided by the company.
Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs for mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are maintained.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, inventory control, and contracted maintenance oversight.
Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize HVAC system performance.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
