As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support Department, contributing to the seamless operation of multiple facilities. What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
Travel between different facilities to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.
Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, hazardous material handling, and workplace safety standards.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
