Role Overview
As a Logistics Analyst, you will use engineering and process improvement expertise to develop tools, coordinate system elements, and support sustainment planning over the acquisition lifecycle. You will partner with senior team members and apply root‑cause analysis to improve processes and enhance warfighter safety.

Responsibilities

Provide sustainment planning expertise at the program level.

Create pathways to meet design requirements and ensure functionality.

Apply knowledge of material specifications, government or contractor material to ensure quality.

Lead engineering logistics efforts and coordinate critical engineering logistics for the client.

Partner with senior team members to conduct root‑cause analysis and process improvement resolution.

Qualifications

Experience in acquisition lifecycle and sustainment planning at the program level.

Experience in multi‑million‑dollar DoD operations and equipment management.

Experience shipping high volumes of equipment.

Ability to proactively coordinate with clients and customers.

Ability to operate with minimal oversight.

TS/SCI clearance.

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a logistics management environment, or 12+ years of experience with no degree.

Security Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation & Benefits
The projected range for this position is $69,400.00 – $158,000.00 annually. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans; paid leave; professional development; tuition assistance; work‑life programs; and dependent care.
