
Manufacturing Process Lead I - Weekend Shift - $27.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Premiu

Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Permanent Schedule: Friday – Saturday 4:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Sunday 4:30 AM – 6:30 PM
What you will do
Obtain and execute the production schedule
Collaborate and pull in support staff after appropriately investigating issues, as needed
First line of defense for troubleshooting, including equipment, quality and process issues
Partner with other Manufacturing Process Leads and/or Production Team Leaders to coordinate resources in the area based on production schedule and standards, and troubleshoot schedule changes throughout the shift
Train in the responsible area and ensure team members are properly trained/certified in all facets of their job, including 6S, MDI, SLMS, Safety, Quality, Preventative maintenance
Maintain, expose and document problems through the MDI (Managing for Daily Improvement) process
Drive a culture of safety, positivity and collaboration within the team
Identify and support continuous improvement projects within the area including safety, quality and productivity
What you need
Required
High School Diploma/ GED
Three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
$27.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits
