
Manufacturing Process Lead I - Weekend Shift - $27.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Premiu

Responsibilities
Obtain and execute to the production schedule
Collaborate and pull in support staff after appropriate investigation of issues, as needed
Be the first line of defense for troubleshooting including, but not limited to, equipment, quality and process issues
Partner with other Manufacturing Process Leads and/or Production Team Leader to coordinate resources in the area based on production schedule and standards, troubleshooting schedule changes throughout the shift
Train in the responsible area and ensure team members are properly trained/certified in all facets of their job, including but not limited to 6S, MDI, SLMS, Safety, Quality, Preventative maintenance
Maintain, expose and document problems through the MDI (Managing for Daily Improvement) process
Drive a culture of safety, positivity and collaboration within the team
Identify and support continuous improvement projects within area including safety, quality and productivity
Training Schedule:
Monday - Friday 5:30am-2:00pm
Permanent Schedule:
Friday–Saturday: 4:30a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 4:30a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED
Three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience
Pay and benefits:
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates. $27.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
