EMP Team Leader - 3rd Shift
Starting Pay:
$19.00/hr (plus $0.50 shift differential, if applicable)

What You’ll Do
Lead and support your team to meet daily production goals
Track quality, scrap, and downtime to keep operations on target
Train and coach team members on safety and processes
Identify issues quickly and take action to keep things moving
Maintain a safe, organized work environment
Operate forklift/combi lift and manage material flow (FIFO)
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED
2–3 years of manufacturing experience
At least 6 months of forklift/combi-lift experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving equipment
