
Project Manager, Atlanta

Foxlane Homes Atlanta is looking for a responsible and seasoned Project Manager to oversee our homebuilding projects, ensuring the highest quality-built homes and on-time completion. This position will be responsible for construction consulting, quality control, and customer service. The site is currently located in Cherokee County and we are looking to expand more in the Atlanta area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule and supervise trade partners using ITK
Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring the highest standards are met, and work is complete
Order building materials and manage community assets and site budgets
Create EPOs, VPOs, and approve invoices in MARKS
Communicate with sales and customers regularly regarding the progress of home(s) under construction
Conduct Customer Orientation meetings, including pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final orientation
Maintain a safe and compliant job-site at all times
Maintain SWPPP BMPs on site
Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite at all times
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional Customer Relations skills
Requirements:
3+ years of professional construction project management experience
Valid Driver’s License
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is preferred
