Foxlane Homes Philadelphia is looking for a responsible and seasoned Project Manager to oversee our homebuilding projects, ensuring the highest quality-built homes and on-time completion. This position will be responsible for construction consulting, quality control, and customer service. Sites are currently in Bucks and Montgomery County and looking to expand into Chester County.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all phases of residential home construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Obtain permits and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Oversee on-site construction activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.
Control project costs and prevent delays through effective planning and problem-solving.
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project records.
Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
3+ years of professional construction project management experience
Valid Driver’s License
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is preferred
