is looking for a responsible and seasoned
Project Manager
to oversee our homebuilding projects, ensuring the highest quality‑built homes and on‑time completion. This position will be responsible for construction consulting, quality control, and customer service. Sites are currently in Hamilton and Boone County and looking to expand into Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and supervise sub-contracts
Conduct quality control inspections
Order building materials and manage community assets and site budgets
Communicate with sales and customers regularly regarding the progress of home(s) under construction
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
Requirements
3+ years of professional construction project management experience
Valid Driver’s License
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is preferred
