Warehouse Inventory Specialist
This role will work Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM CST to 4:30 PM CST in a climate‑controlled environment.
Responsibilities
Perform shipping, receiving, material handling, put‑away, and picking of raw materials and finished goods per daily production schedules and service requirements.
Escalate and help resolve production risks when identified.
Recognize and resolve any discrepancies with work or processes through thoughtful resolution or escalation.
Adhere to attendance policies and apply excellent time management throughout each production day.
Maintain detailed production and service logs for all equipment.
Follow verbal and written guidance, including instructions from work orders and process guides.
Communicate effectively and help create/maintain a professional environment.
Facilitate and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow and document maintenance requirements for all equipment in production areas.
Perform on a moderately flexible work schedule (shift overtime or weekends during seasonal peaks and unplanned demand).
Requirements
Have basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, IMS Systems, etc.).
Be willing to quickly learn new processes and machines.
Have a sense of urgency around your work.
Be accountable, honest, and work with integrity.
Have flexibility in daily assignments and overtime requirements.
Be able to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Experience working in a team environment.
Have flexibility during peak delivery months (April, October-December) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Salary Pay Range
Minimum: $39,520.00 USD
Maximum: $43,680.00 USD
