Make an impact.**### Step into a role where your decisions directly impact inventory, purchasing, and product availability across the company, while working closely with vendors and internal teams.---### **What You Will Do*** Create and manage purchase orders to support inventory goals* Maintain accurate system inputs including lead times, forecasts, and order cycles* Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overages* Order promotional products for marketing programs and buying events* Partner with Product Managers on special buys, deals, and aging inventory strategies* Track open purchase orders and follow up on late or missing shipment* Communicate with vendors on order status, issues, and estimated arrival times* Set up new items, forecasts, and pricing* Review service levels and out of stock reports to identify trends* Maintain accurate records in the AS400 system* Handle discrepancies such as damages, shortages, or receiving errors## Qualifications### **What We Are Looking For*** Associate’s degree preferred* Experience in purchasing, merchandising, or inventory management preferred* Strong communication and vendor relationship skills* Comfortable working with data, forecasts, and inventory metrics* Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel* Ability to problem solve and follow through on issues### **Work Environment and Physical Requirements*** Primarily desk based work using a computer* Occasional travel for markets, tradeshows, or meetings* Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed### **What We Offer*** Health, dental, and vision insurance* Supplemental benefits* Company-paid life insurance* 401k with 5% company match* Paid time off and holidays* Employee assistance program* Employee discount program
