5x2, 4x3 9hr Shifts

Job Responsibilities and Duties
At Sibanye-Stillwater, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to the Warehouse Department. Areas of support include vendor customer service, responding to vendor questions/concerns, forms processing, vendor guidance, policy guidance, vendor relations, vendor record keeping, and data entry.

Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy and purchase order numbers.

Schedule deliveries to the mine site.

Consolidate and schedule shipments to minimize road traffic to the mine site.

Administration and Verification of mine site Safety Training

Accurate and efficient data entry skills, filing, and scanning

Issue travel permits and enter daily traffic count into Quickbase.

Learning JD Edwards to verify purchase order numbers and working on the RNV (Receipts Not Vouchered) & Tap reports.

Learning 1 Source Vending in order to issue PPE #'s to rehires and new employees.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize and complete projects with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Adept at listening, problem solving, conflict resolution and teamwork

Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail)

Demonstrated history of versatility, creativity and innovation

Education & Experience

Experience in JD Edwards materials management modules

Valid driver's license
