Day-to-Day Activities
Maintain turf, ornamental trees, and shrubs on homeowner properties.
Apply fertilizer and weed control to clients’ lawns.
Apply other lawn care applications such as mosquito, outdoor pest, fire ant control, fungicide treatments, and disease/pest treatments on ornamental trees and shrubs.
Organize production and service calls while maintaining customer relationships.
Schedule wear-and-tear vehicle maintenance and fill chemical tanks with appropriate chemicals.
Drive company service vehicles on service routes and sell add-on services to existing clients while developing new customers.

Must Have
Possess a valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
Ability to pass a re‑employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires.
Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, work independently and as part of a team.
Possess strong problem‑solving abilities.
Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others.
