Responsibilities
Provide nursing support and care coordination for oncology patients in the outpatient setting
Perform administrative tasks as assigned (patient check‑in, chart preparation, scheduling coordination) with appropriate clinical input
Triage patient needs and communicate effectively with the care team to maintain clinic flow
Document care and administrative activities accurately in the electronic health record; maintain HIPAA compliance
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure smooth scheduling and patient throughput
Adhere to safety, infection control, and BLS requirements; medication administration is not required at this site
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology, preferably gynecologic oncology
BLS certification required
Proficiency with electronic health records and outpatient clinic workflows
Ability to work on‑site in Lawrenceville, GA; Monday–Friday day schedule
Comfortable performing administrative tasks in addition to nursing duties and able to adapt to a non‑medication‑administration environment
