Summary
We are seeking a senior-level
Active Directory Analyst (Lead)
to manage and optimize enterprise identity and collaboration environments. This role focuses on Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Exchange platforms, with an emphasis on designing secure, scalable hybrid cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise along with leadership experience to drive migrations, security initiatives, and infrastructure improvements.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable architecture for
Exchange (On-Prem & Online)
environments
Administer and optimize
Active Directory , ensuring high availability and security
Manage
Microsoft 365 suite
(Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform)
Lead
Exchange migrations
(cutover, staged, hybrid) to Exchange Online
Configure and manage
Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
Collaborate with
IAM, Security, and Compliance teams
across Azure/AWS
Manage Azure resources including
VMs, networking, storage, and identity services
Administer collaboration tools like
Exchange, Teams, and Intune (MDM)
Automate workflows using
PowerShell, Graph API, and automation tools
Conduct
security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks
Provide
L3 support and troubleshooting
for AD, Azure, and messaging systems
Maintain technical documentation and system procedures
Mentor junior team members and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in
Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, GPO, DNS, PKI
Strong expertise in
Exchange Server (2013-2019) & Exchange Online
Hands-on experience with
Azure AD / Entra ID & cloud migrations
Proficiency in
PowerShell scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
Experience with
Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM)
Knowledge of
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience designing
hybrid environments and integrations
Strong understanding of
OAuth, SSO, MFA authentication protocols
Knowledge of
Windows Server (2012-2022)
Experience with
SailPoint, CyberArk
(nice to have)
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified
