Job Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Scrum Master with SAFe Certification
to lead multiple cross-functional Agile teams supporting a
ServiceNow CSM-based communications platform . The ideal candidate will drive Agile transformation, enable high-performing teams, and guide delivery within a
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Train (ART)
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach
multiple cross-functional Agile teams
using
Scrum, SAFe, Lean, and Kanban
methodologies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
Daily Standups
Sprint Planning
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospectives
Program Increment (PI) Planning
Scrum of Scrums (SoS)
Guide teams toward achieving
Iteration and Program Increment (PI) objectives .
Promote
continuous improvement, agile maturity, and a growth mindset
within teams and Agile Release Trains (ART).
Remove blockers and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor and improve
Agile metrics such as velocity, flow, predictability, and quality .
Support
program-level coordination across teams
to enhance throughput and value delivery.
Facilitate retrospectives and coach teams on
problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis .
Lead initiatives that promote
Lean-Agile leadership and cultural transformation
within the organization.
Partner with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
leading Agile software development teams.
Strong experience with
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
environments and Agile Release Trains.
SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SCSM)

Version 6 preferred (V5 acceptable) .
Hands-on experience with
Jira
for Agile project tracking.
Experience facilitating
Scrum ceremonies and program-level SAFe ceremonies .
Strong understanding of
Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices .
Experience in
value stream mapping and system-level optimization .
Knowledge of
Theory of Constraints and Lean process improvement techniques .
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on
ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
projects.
Healthcare industry experience
is highly preferred.
Experience supporting
enterprise Agile transformation initiatives .
Knowledge of
test automation and DevOps practices .
