Senior Scrum Master
to lead high-performing Agile teams and drive delivery of high-quality software products.
Skills & Responsibilities:
Lead Scrum/Kanban teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Clear roadblocks, coach team dynamics, and ensure alignment with sprint/release goals
Promote Agile best practices: TDD, CI/CD, Continuous Testing
Track progress and manage backlog using
JIRA
and
Confluence
Assess and improve team performance, velocity, quality, and Agile maturity
Collaborate with cross-functional development teams; experience in technical/software environments
Required Experience & Certifications:
6+ years as Scrum Master with strong Agile knowledge
Familiarity with Scrum roles, ceremonies, and Agile delivery metrics
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC
Bonus: Scaled Agile experience ( SAFe/LeSS ), technical background, regulated/complex environments
