Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Scrum Master to be responsible for one or more Scrum teams. This role involves coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies, and providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, enabling continuous improvement and ensuring the team achieves its goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and timelines, driving adherence to the 'Definition of Ready' and 'Definition of Done'.
Schedule, facilitate, and coach agile routines and ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives.
In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate planning for the team, including PI planning events, and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums.
Enable the team to become high‑performing through collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement.
Manage delivery for key project deliverables.
Utilize business analyst experience to understand business needs and analyze solutions by building relationships with business partners.
Develop an understanding of the Treasury space and the applications supported.
Required Qualifications
Experience
Prior Capital Markets experience in driving technology projects.
Experience with Jira.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of SQL.
Capital Markets product knowledge in Fixed Income or Derivatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master, PMP, or CFA certification.
Experience with Quartz or other trading applications.
Proficiency in Python or SQL scripting.
