Role Name: Scrum Master ( Client Communications)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
"We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing team culture while ensuring alignment with AEM development best practices and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog specific to AEM features and enhancements.
Ensure timely delivery of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors.
Ensure compliance with AEM architecture standards, governance, and performance benchmarks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 1+ year on AEM projects.
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, components, and workflows.
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments."
