Job Summary
The Scrum Master will support the Product delivery team in understanding Agile best practices to effectively manage Con Edison's Building Energy Usage Portal—a digital product that provides whole‑building aggregated usage data for compliance with Local Laws 97 and 84.
Responsibilities
Coach the development team on Scrum methodology, facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions. Coordinate all stakeholders—including the Product Owner, Business Analysts, IT Business Delivery, external developer and data teams—to ensure alignment on feature, epic and story details. Manage Azure DevOps board, story point allocations, capacity planning, and report on sprint burndown, velocity, defect trends and release health. Track user stories through completion, proactively remove roadblocks, and support deployment to production.

Location: New York, New York
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $60 – $65 per hour
Work Hours: 8am to 6pm
