Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
Qualifications
Active RN license in New Jersey
Experience in long‑term care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Compassionate, collaborative, and resident‑focused mindset
