About the Job
South Florida Foods Int'l Inc. is looking to hire a Logistics/Export Coordinator.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for:
Assisting with all daily logistical activities to meet contractual and operational commitments.
Conducting data entry, quality-assuring shipment lists, updating client management applications as needed.
Organizing logistics files manually and electronically.
Engaging with vendors, sub-contractors, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Job Requirements:
Bilingual (English-Spanish) - Speaks, Writes, Reads.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel.
Knowledge of QuickBooks - Sales Orders / Invoice / Inventory.
Prepare Export documentation: BOL, SED, Certificate of Free Sale, Certificate of Origin, USDA, USDC, HAZMAT- IMO'S.
Consolidation of cargo / Direct Loads.
Monitoring the status of containers.
Liaison between the warehouse, terminal, and dispatch.
Serve the customer needs and maintain all inventory updates.
Extremely detail-oriented in order to avoid any errors.
Be able to multitask.
Be able to work without supervision.
Be able to work as a team.
