Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and define project goals, translating them into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
Analyze large, complex datasets using advanced data mining and statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, selecting appropriate analytical techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, influencing, collaboration and listening skills.
Partner with development teams using Azure DevOps to manage user stories, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of data-driven solutions.
Process, cleanse, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data solutions, reports and dashboards.
Present ad-hoc and regular analysis results clearly to stakeholders, communicating findings and recommendations to support decision-making.
Enhance data collection procedures and extend datasets with third-party sources as needed to build robust analytic systems and predictive models.
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and analytics.
Use data modeling and evaluation strategies to find patterns and predict future trends, enabling proactive business decisions.
Support data science initiatives by developing necessary tools using SQL, Python, Excel, and other reporting tools.
