Project Coordinator (Growth into Project Manager)

Windsor Solutions is looking for someone early in their career who’s ready to grow into a Project Manager role.

This is a great opportunity if you’ve had some exposure to project work and want to build real ownership in a supportive, structured environment.

What you’ll do

Keep projects organized and on track

Coordinate timelines, tasks, and communication across teams

Track progress, risks, and next steps

Support client communication and status updates

Learn to lead projects from start to finish

You’ll begin by supporting experienced Project Managers and gradually take ownership of your own projects.

What we’re looking for

Around 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT, or a related field

Exposure to project-based work (internships or entry-level roles count)

Strong organization and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Interest in growing into a Project Manager role

Nice to have

Experience with software or SaaS projects

Familiarity with Agile or tools like Jira
