Residential Shift Leader: Lead & Elevate Youth Services

Childrens Home Society of Florida is looking for a Residential Shift Leader in West Palm Beach. This role provides leadership and support to youth care staff and contributes to a high-performance culture. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, Florida Driver’s License, and three years' experience in group care of children. The position offers growth and development opportunities and prioritizes creating a positive environment for staff and clients. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 3 PM to 11 PM.
