Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with integration analysis capabilities to support the Ordering Back Office (OBO) domain. This role operates at the intersection of business operations, IT architecture, and system integration, with a primary focus on functional and business analysis. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, accurately translated into technical designs, and aligned with the broader ordering ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
Identify business challenges, constraints, and desired outcomes, ensuring clarity on objectives
Translate business needs into structured and actionable requirements for technical and delivery teams
Support discussions with operational teams regarding exception handling and manual workflows
Produce integration and technical documentation, including system dependencies, data flows, and control points
Analyze order lifecycle processes across ordering, provisioning, and billing systems
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure alignment between business intent and technical design
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, architecture teams, and delivery teams
Maintain traceability across requirements, design, and implementation phases
Support delivery teams in understanding scope, dependencies, and functional intent
Contribute to documentation standards and promote shared understanding across teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a hybrid BA/Integration Analyst role
Experience working with enterprise back-office systems related to ordering, fulfillment, provisioning, billing, or customer operations
Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and translate needs into structured deliverables
Strong functional analysis skills, including facilitating requirement workshops and discovery sessions
Ability to understand system integrations, dependencies, and technical workflows
Experience creating service diagrams, data flow diagrams, and dependency mappings
Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecom, cable, or communications industries
Familiarity with ordering back-office operations and exception-based workflows
Experience with multi-system provisioning and activation environments
Exposure to credit, eligibility, fraud, or administrative workflows within ordering systems
Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment across business, architecture, and engineering teams
