Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Time Management (CATS) Subject Matter Expert

to support the Discovery Phase of an SAP S/4HANA implementation. The consultant will lead business workshops, validate scope, and help define the future-state time management processes for the organization. This is a short-term, high-impact role requiring deep functional expertise and strong facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as the

SAP Time Management (CATS) SME

for the S/4HANA implementation Discovery phase.
Lead structured workshops with business and IT teams to:
Confirm the

future-state business process hierarchy .
Identify and document

key decisions .
Validate the

initial business process flow inventory .
Identify gaps and define

RICEFW objects

(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

Provide expert guidance on SAP Time Management best practices within S/4HANA.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
Prepare workshop materials, documentation, and summary outputs.
