SAP Field Services Management (FSM) Consultant/SME
We are seeking an experienced SAP FSM Consultant/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Field Services Management (FSM) integrated with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This is a critical role focused on owning the FSM configuration and driving workshops with minimal oversight.
Location:
Remote (occasional travel to Nashville for Fit-to-Standard workshops)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP FSM, fully integrated with S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Own service order configuration end-to-end, from setup to deployment.
Integrate FSM with inventory movements and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Build workflows linking incoming Service Cloud cases to service orders.
Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with confidence and speed.
Develop and maintain configuration templates, documentation, and best practices.
Troubleshooted complex FSM technical issues and provided practical solutions.
Collaborate with technical and business teams across all SAP modules.
Act as the hands-on SME throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven, hands-on expertise in SAP FSM (Field Service Management).
Strong experience configuring FSM within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.
Solid knowledge of inventory management, including EWM integration.
Experience linking Service Cloud cases to service orders in real-world deployments.
Ability to lead workshops independently
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly accountable environments.
True self-starter mentality
Ideal candidates will have:
Practical experience in production planning, warehousing, and/or EHS modules.
A history of delivering rapid, high-quality implementations without requiring micromanagement.
