Do you have experience in 6010, 7018, 7024 stick welding?
Any experience in Flux core?
If you have had experience in any of these types of welding, what kind of experience have you had with this welding?
What plate thickness have you worked with in carbon steel if any?
Do you have experience with Heavy plate fabrication?
Must have Heavy Plate Fabrication Experience and Stick welding
Responsibilities
Must have 3 current years worked experience
Proficiently complete projects in assigned welding techniques including oxygen‑acetylene, electric arc, MIG, Flux Core, & Stick welding techniques
Client out positions and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications, tack
Analyzes plans, drawings, work samples, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of welding assignments.
Use working knowledge of fixture and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.).
Perform inspections (including documentation) using conventional and precision measuring instruments.
Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.
Positions work piece, using hand torch, ignites torch or starts power supply and strikes arc.
Perform standard maintenance on welding equipment.
Maintain a safety and housekeeping standards.
Other duties as assigned.
