Senior Power BI Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join their team. As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting the Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Alpharetta, Georgia (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week onsite)
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tailored for executive audiences, both internal and external.
Translate complex financial data into clear, intuitive visualizations and storytelling dashboards.
Migrate and rewrite existing reports into modern, interactive Power BI dashboards, improving usability and insight delivery.
Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or related field.
At least 12 years of hands-on experience designing and developing dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on Power BI.
Demonstrated expertise in building executive-friendly financial dashboards with strong UI/UX design principles.
Experience in migrating and rewriting existing reports into modern dashboards is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and performance optimization.
