3 days onsite - doesn't matter which days, generally t/w/th
Problems with post-release code - figure out the issue, prevent it from happening again
Troubleshooting & critical thinking skills are essential
Some enhancements but primarily this person with serve as someone who will work on problem tickets, dig in and find issues, and fix them
Have SRE team to manage deployments but needs to understand how Kubernetes works
How that Kube ecosystem operates
What needs to be done to manage deployment (they wont manage themselves)
Will be a part of the deployment
Their apps are on .NET core version 8, prefer that experience. 6+ at a minimum
Typically they start their day at 8AM - team call with India
Have a person in India handling tickets as well - handoff to them after hours
Interpersonal skills are important. Collaboration
