Our client, a dedicated public sector organization, is seeking a Business Analyst -to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide timely and flexible business analysis support for the value realization analysis project.
Define and implement data collection strategies, including surveys, interviews, and working sessions to gather information on IT solutions.
Assist with communicating project goals and benefits to stakeholders to foster participation and buy-in.
Review contracts and service agreements to understand vendor obligations and conduct detailed analyses comparing expected versus actual value.
Document findings, develop action plans, and support the implementation of recommendations to maximize project value.
What's Needed?
At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst within California State Agencies or similar public sector organizations.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or related fields.
Proven experience developing high-quality deliverables for IT initiatives in the public sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across organizational levels.
Strong listening, note-taking, and analytical skills to process large amounts of information from multiple sources.
