Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Partner with business process leads and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, decisions, and client needs.
Translate requirements into solution options and functional designs, assessing impacts to end-to-end processes and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Agile, development, QA/testing, and business units to refine requirements and clarify application functionality.
Create and maintain analysis deliverables such as use cases, process diagrams, prototypes/storyboards, report mockups, and detailed functional specifications.
Support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and operational efficiency enhancements.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 6 years experience in a related role with responsibilities aligned to business analysis.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in a software development discipline.
High-level knowledge and experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ServiceNow, Databases/SQL, APIs, and technical integrations.
Business Analyst Certification is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
