We're hiring a Senior DevOps & AI Engineer to drive platform reliability, scalability, and delivery speed. This role blends cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and MLOps-owning how software and AI systems are built, deployed, and operated. You'll partner with engineering, data, and security teams to ship faster and more reliably.
What You'll Do
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform or CDK
Monitor and improve system performance, availability, and cost
Deploy and operationalize ML/AI models (SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.)
Enforce security best practices (IAM, secrets, scanning, compliance)
Lead incident response and drive continuous reliability improvements
Improve developer experience through automation and tooling
What You Bring
3+ years with AWS (EC2, EKS/ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM); GCP a plus
Strong CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD) experience
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CDK)
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
Experience deploying ML models and building MLOps pipelines
Exposure to vector databases or LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain) is a plus
