DevOps Engineer

Preferred Experience
5+ years in IT design/implementation across at least two areas:
infrastructure, networking, application development, middleware, APIs, servers/storage, cloud, virtualization, or Active Directory.
Strong exposure to diverse tech stacks and environments.
Background supporting agile teams and understanding technical/architectural debt.
Experience modernizing CI/CD ecosystems.
Development experience (.NET/C#/VB) is highly beneficial.
Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred; Shell scripting also acceptable).
Understanding of software engineering principles and code-based pipeline patterns.
Azure DevOps experience strongly preferred; Azure cloud familiarity required.
Experience with GitHub/GitLab or readiness to adopt Microsoft-stack SCM tooling.
Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Splunk) is a plus but not required.
Insurance industry experience is a plus, not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
