JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finalize sold car deals in computer system
Receipt customer and vendor payments
Reconcile bank and credit card deposits
Accounts receivable/accounts payable
Reconcile schedules
Document scanning
Process title paperwork for vehicle purchases
Answer customer inquiries
Filing
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills necessary
Excellent organizational skills required
Must maintain a professional appearance, and reliable attendance
Team player with a positive attitude
Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
