Automotive Biller
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Biller. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at St. Peters Honda, the Automotive Biller ensures the correct flow of documents from the Finance Department. This position will also support our 4 other local dealerships when needed.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
Process payments to floor plan institutions.
Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
Support our other local dealerships when needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Automotive Billing experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with CDK preferred but not required.
Willingness to travel to our other local dealerships.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
