Liberty Residential Care Services
At
Liberty Residential Care Services , we live by a simple but powerful truth: no man is an island. We believe that every individual thrives best when they are connected, supported, and truly seen. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team in providing person-centered care for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Here, you aren’t just a "staff member"—you are an advocate for freedom, a champion of choice, and a vital part of a community built on dignity and respect.
Communicative, Energetic & Community-Focused
Do you have high energy, a gift for gab, and a heart that beats for the community? We aren’t looking for someone to just "clock in." We are looking for a dynamic companion and advocate who understands that a meaningful life is built on relationships and shared experiences. This isn't about what they can’t do; it’s about how you can help them do everything they love.

Mobility Support: Help individuals get in and out of bed and navigate their home and community safely.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate daily communication and tracking logs, following the Individual Service Plan (ISP) to meet all health, safety, and goal-oriented requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Energy & Personality: You are naturally outgoing, energetic, and love to communicate with consumers, families, and team members.
Confident Driver: Comfortable behind the wheel and operating a converted minivan to help our consumers access the world.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds comfortably and perform physical tasks throughout your shift.
Comfort with Personal Care: Comfortable and professional when assisting with private needs such as bathing and toileting.
Lift Experience: Previous experience with a sit‑to‑stand lift is a major plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
Reliability: Dependable professional who understands that our consumers rely on you for their daily quality of life.
