The Role at a Glance
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Specialist to help strengthen organizational capability and support the development of a high-performing, future-ready workforce. This role will lead key Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, support Talent Management processes, and drive cross-functional HR projects from concept through execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management
Conduct learning needs analyses and translate insights into strategic, actionable project plans
Design and deliver scalable training programs aligned with business priorities and operational needs
Partner on organizational change initiatives, supporting communication, engagement, and adoption strategies
Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and continuously improve L&D programs and processes
Manage talent-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Monitor project milestones, risks, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
Drive cross-functional collaboration to support HR initiatives and business outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement solutions through structured project execution
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through completion
Strong understanding of talent management practices, including performance management and succession planning
Experience designing and facilitating training programs
Familiarity with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
Work Location
This position will be based in our Minneapolis regional hub, which is scheduled to open later in 2026. This is a hybrid role, requiring multiple days per week in the office.
Compensation
Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience.
