ORACLE EBS LEAD - PRODUCTION SUPPORT
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Lead who brings strong techno-functional expertise along with architectural capabilities. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, technical architecture, integrations, Production Support, Stability, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across a large-scale enterprise EBS landscape.
The candidate will serve as the primary escalation point, solution architect, and support lead ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and business continuity.

* Deep technical expertise
* Strong functional knowledge
* Architectural oversight capability
* Proven experience managing critical production environments
Required Qualifications
* 12+ years of Oracle EBS experience
* 5+ years in Production Support leadership role
* Strong techno-functional background
* Experience as a lead L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS (R12 / R12.2)
* Experience as major incident manager for P1/P2 issues
* Experience supporting large enterprise environments (multi-org / global footprint)
* Strong stakeholder communication skills
* Experience handling critical business systems (24x7 support model)
