Job Description
Proven experience leading and coaching, cross-functional technology teams delivering complex initiatives
* Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
* Deep working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, applied effectively to team maturity and context
* Ability to optimize and adapt Scrum ceremonies and augment with additional forums (e.g., operational metrics reviews) to improve outcomes
* Expertise in backlog refinement, planning, and flow management; coaches teams and leaders on effective Agile practices
* Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, coordinate resolution of cross-team risks, and own non-technical blockers
* Ensures consistent and effective application of Agile frameworks to improve product development and architectural outcomes
* Experience using delivery metrics and reporting to drive transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement
* Proficiency with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
* Scrum or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)

* Experience supporting mission-critical applications
* Experience with AI-enabled delivery practices, automation, or experimentation
* Familiarity with software development lifecycles
* Experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or complex programs
